Manthan Vidyashram is a School where 50% of the students are among the top 15% in ALL INDIA bench-mark examinations such as National Science Olympiad and ASSET.

Manthan is in the process of opening many more Schools in other neighborhoods. Number of students in each section will be restricted to 24 till Std V.

Applications are invited for Teacher Training Program (with assured job in one of their Partner Schools within Tamilnadu on successful completion of the course). This is a 10 months full-time course preparing you to teach KG and primary classes anywhere in India, in any Central or State Board School.

The course consists of theory and practical experience. Teachers will be trained and guided atleast in THREE Partner Schools by Faculty members with more than 25 years experience as Principals and Head of the Departments in various subjects and languages.

Syllabus covers the following areas namely,

  • ECCE Early Childhood Care Education
  • CTE Certificate in Teaching of English
  • CTPM Certificate in Teaching of Primary School Mathematics
  • B.Ed Bachelor of Education (English, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies)
  • B.Ed Bachelor of Education (Hindi) - from January 2011
  • Montessori and Kindergarten teaching methods
  • Phonetics, Teaching of English to Primary and Secondary Classes Teaching of Primary School Mathematics, Science and Social Studies
  • Teaching Slow learners and Special children
